Why do I need a performance coach?
You’re here because you’re either curious or fed up with underperforming each day. There are no quick fixes for humans, but some course corrections are both simple and effective. We ask a lot of questions and then show you a path to physical and mental wellbeing that has real value.
What IS a Performance Coach?
A performance coach can help you achieve your health & wellness goals. This can include nutrition, exercise, supplementation, weight loss, stress-relief, meditation, productivity, and everything in between. A coach is a trained, experienced professional but not a doctor or therapist. They cannot replace proper medical advice. However, they can be a great supplement to your care. A good coach can help you establish a health plan for your goals, and help you follow this plan with accountability.
Where are sessions held?
I do both Zoom (preferred) and phone call coaching, and of course we’ll share written plans and discussions via email and text as needed. Either way you get great counsel and an actionable plan we work through together.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Venmo and credit cards via PayPal’s secure processing for sessions. The 20-Minute Discovery Zoom Call is free, and we outline every fee in detail. You may cancel anytime.

There are many habits (diet, exercise, stress management, supplements, technology, etc.) and “hacks” or secrets and shortcuts we can do to prevent or slow disease and improve the quality of our lives in conjunction with modern medical care. I am well-apprised of cutting edge technology and the latest in nutritional science to help you help yourself. Rest assured, it’s a process that can seem complicated, but I will simplify it for you.
